Many thanks for an excellent evening led by Dr Neil Hawkes. The evening was an inspirational way forward to change our young people, to impact not only their lives but the lives of those they encounter on their life’s journey. The values and principles shared last evening are very much in harmony with the values and principles shared by our church congregation.

If there is any way our church community could assist in turning Irchester Community Primary School into a values based school, we would be happy to support you.

Again many thanks for an excellent evening

Neil worked today with teachers in the London Borough of Brent sharing Values-based Education. It was their PSHEE Conference. A very dedicated group of colleagues. Thanks to the organisers for their kindness and care during the day – very much appreciated.

We use your ‘ Values Education’ file extensively for lessons and collective worship and find it a wonderful resource. The posters are super, too. We really believe the impact on attitudes and behaviour has been huge. Our children are polite, well-mannered and caring and this contributes to our positive, nurturing ethos. We hope the values we instil in them will help them in their lives ahead and make the world a better place.

I am delighted that Lincolshire, UK is investing £50,000 in encouraging the development of Values-based Schools and settings. Schools, such as Washingborough and Fulstow, are leading the way as examples of schools embracing the values philosophy.

I had a great day yesterday carrying out a values audit of the school. The school has recently started to embrace a values philosophy and is part of a wider movement of schools in Lincolnshire, that are seeing the need to underpin the work and life of the school from a values perspective. The staff and students demonstrated their enthusiasm to embrace Values Education and showed the progress that had been achieved. Congratulations! Neil
